Frequently asked questions

Why is my SVG blurry after converting to PNG?

SVGs are resolution-independent — the raster size is whatever you choose. If the result looks soft, increase the scale (or exact width) and re-convert. A 2× export is usually enough for retina screens.

Does converting SVG to PNG lose quality?

The vector itself is not modified; you are freezing one rendered size. PNG is lossless for that size. For the smallest file with good quality, try WebP at 80–90% quality.

Can I convert SVGs with external images or fonts?

SVGs that reference external URLs (remote images, web fonts) may render without those assets, because the browser blocks cross-origin loads inside a local preview. Inline everything into the SVG before converting.
